Heavy rains in parts of Delhi, waterlogging disrupts traffic

Heavy rains lashed different parts of the national capital throughout the day leading to waterlogging that led to congestion in several areas of the city.

The weatherman has predicted rains to continue through the night and tomorrow morning.
