Mohanty said the State Government need to furnish detail information before the public as to what it  has done for the youth masses during its 19 years of rule before searching for heroes in the age group of 15-35 years uinder the “Mu Hero, Mu Odisha” programme.

Basing on the official data, Mohanty slammed the State Government saying that only 32,000 youths have got jobs during the last 10 years, which is mere three per cent of the job seekers.

He said contractual job holders are still struggling for getting regular salary after 20 years in service.

He further ridiculed that 15,315 MSME units have been closed during the last 19 years. He said youths have suffered a lot during the Naveen Patnaik Government as it has failed in all sectors, especially in industrialization, during its 19 years’ rule.
