ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. President Donald Trump at two separate White House events on Monday, ignored questions about Senator John McCain.

The first questions were asked during an event in the Oval Office after Trump announced a trade deal with Mexico.

The president repeatedly ignored questions from a reporter asking for Trump to comment on McCain's legacy.

The second happened during a photo op with Kenya's President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Again, Trump refused to answer questions about the late U.S. senator who died died from brain cancer on Saturday.
