HC dismisses PIL demanding CBI probe into Mayawati land

The on Monday dismissed a public interest litigation (PIL) filed against (BSP) demanding a CBI probe into an alleged land scam.

Petitioner had alleged that the former UP minister had got a vast stretch of land allotted in her family's name by misusing her position and got illegal construction done on it in Badalpur, her native village in Gautam Budh Nagar.
