Kolguntkars target Michael, oppose ODP

Calangute MLA Michael Lobo is on attack in his own constituency. Hundreds of Kolguntkars assembled on the beach on Monday, shouting ‘amka naka ODP’ and ‘amkam naka PDA.’The PDA is headed by the local BJP MLA and he justifies the changes made in the Outline Development Plan. The Social Justice Cell of the Calangute Pastoral Parish Council organized this rally.
