Delays on Monaro Highway near Michelago after car fire

Emergency services are at the scene of a car fire that is causing delays on the Monaro Highway just north of Michelago on Monday morning.

The NSW Rural Fire Service has asked people to avoid the area, near the intersection with Kelly Road, if possible while firefighters work at the scene.

One lane was blocked, with traffic impacted in both directions.

Witnesses posting about the incident on Facebook reported seeing a group of skiers standing on the side of the road as the car burned.
