A hardcore naxal has been arrested from Aurangabad district in Bihar bordering Jharkhand, a police officer said today.
He was wanted in several cases relating to naxalite incidents, Superintendent of Police Satya Prakash said.
A joint team of Sashastra Seema Bal and the local police arrested the person yesterday night, the SP said.
The man has been identified as Awadhesh Yadav, a resident of Langurahi village of Aurangabad district, the SP said.
