Congress attacks GCA President. Are skeletons tumbling out now?

Following the allegations against GCA President Suraj Lotlikar leveled by Fmr IPL player Shadab Jakati, now Congress too has jumped into the pitch, demanding Lotlikar’s resignation.Targeting Goa Forward at the same time, Congress has demanded Goa’s Ranji team with only local boys.
