‘Rahul an immature leader’
AICC president
Rahul Gandhi is issuing irresponsible statement on ISIS, said Dharwad MP Pralhad Joshi. Speaking to reporters in Hubballi after receiving Vajpayee’s ashes on Friday, Joshi said, “Rahul, who has asserted that unemployment is the reason for the birth of ISIS, shows that he is an immature leader and he doesn’t have a brain. The irony is that KPCC president Dinesh Gundu Rao is also following this immature leader.”
“Congress has always been anti-Hindu and has been supporting anti-nationals. Though it won only 44 seats in the previous Lok Sabha election for this reason, it’s not learning a lesson. If it continues with the same, it will lose its existence in the nation,” he added.
Responding to Congress’ criticism on BJP immersing Vajpayee’s ashes across the country, Joshi said, “Rajiv Gandhi had sought votes showing the ashes of his mother Indira Gandhi. But we are not seeking votes holding Vajpayee’s ashes. We are only doing it as a respect to Vajpayee and fulfill the desire of commoners, who could not offer their last respects to the former prime minister,” he said.
