TNCC to send 50 tonne of relief materials to flood-affected Kerala

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Congress Committee (TNCC) will send relief materials to Kerala on Saturday to help people affected by rain and floods. The TNCC has so far collected 50 tonnes of relief materials, including clothes, blankets, food items and medicines, through a drive.
TNCC president S Thirunavukkarasar will flag off the trucks, loaded with relief materials, from TNCC headquarters Sathyamurthi Bhavan here on Saturday morning.

As part of its efforts to help those affected by the floods, Thirunavukkarasar launched the "relief material collection drive" at T Nagar here on Wednesday.
