Can I make Rs 2.5 crore from my investments?
I am 32 years old. I am investing in the following mutual fund schemes via SIPs:
ICICI Prudential Bluechip Fund : Rs 4,000
Franklin India Smaller Companies Fund : Rs 4,000
Mirae Asset Emerging Bluechip Fund : Rs 5,000
L&T Midcap Fund : Rs 3,000
SBI Magnum : Rs 2,000 (incomplete fund name)
L&T India Value Fund : Rs 2,000
I want to create a corpus of Rs 2.5 crore in the next 20 years. I have a long-term horizon.
I have invested in the following schemes as well for short term to make an emergency fund :
L&T Liquid Fund : Rs 10,000
Tata Digital India Fund : Rs 5,000
My target is to create Rs 4 lakh in two years.
Please advice me on my investment. I started investing in July 2018.

The mutual fund schemes you have chosen are largely right. If you invest Rs 20,000 per month for the next 20 years, you would be able to create a corpus of Rs 2 crore. I am assuming an annual return of 12 per cent. If you need professional financial planning assistance, you should contact a good advisor. There are Sebi registered investment advisors ( RIAs) who would charge a fee and offer aligned advice. You may choose someone suitable from your area and take their counsel.
