Hawaii: Hurricane Lane downgraded, President Trump declares emergency
Source: APThe National Weather Service downgraded Hurricane Lane in Hawaii to a Category 3 storm. However, officials warned people to remain cautious as even in category 3 hurricanes can cause major damage with wind speeds from 111 to 129 mph. According to weather forecast, Hurricane Lane has shifted course and is now moving closer to Hawaii. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump declares state emergency as landslides and flash floods in Hawaii left roads blocked after hurricane Lane drenched the island ahead of its arrival.
