Mumbai, Aug 24 (PTI) Linseed oil prices rebounded well at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today due to renewed demand from paint and allied industries.
While, groundnut oil declined further due to reduced demand from stockists and retailers.
However, refined palmolein, castor seeds bold and castor oil commercial prices ruled steady in absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, linseed oil jumped by Rs 20 to Rs 950 per 10 kg from Thursday's closing of Rs 930. Castor seed bold and castor oil commercial both closed unchanged at Rs 4,580 per 100 kg and Rs 946 per 10 kg, respectively.
Moving to edible section, groundnut oil fell by Rs 20 to Rs 910 per 10 kg as against Rs 930 earlier, but the refined palmolein ended unaltered at Rs 673 per 10kg. PTI ARR SHW ADI ADI
