  • Western Freeway (M8): Police have closed the freeway in both directions due to numerous uncontrollable livestock wandering on the road. VR stock controllers and road patrols are also on site. (This VicRoads alert was last updated at 4.25am. I'll get another update as soon as its media team clocks on.)
  • Springvale Road: Burst water main southbound. Left hand lane closed, speed reduced to 40km/h. Works could take up to eight hours to complete. Drivers advised to avoid the area if possible.
  • Essendon North - accident inbound Tullamarine Freeway at Bulla Road

Police nab $100,000 in cash, ice and a gun at Cranbourne North home

Three people have been arrested after police seized cash and drugs at a house in Melbourne's south-east.

They found more than $100,000 cash, a large quantity of methamphetamine and a firearm after a warrant was executed at Rosebank Drive about 5pm yesterday.

Two men, aged 34 and 30, and a 32-year-old woman are being interviewed by police.
