Kim Lam will be responsible for growing revenue across Street Feast’s expanding portfolio of seven venues through the delivery of key events from enquiry to execution. She will work on building a new pipeline of clients, as well as assisting with the development of existing business using her creative and passionate approach to event sales. Kim brings with her a keen eye for innovation and detail which will resonate with the ambitions boasted throughout the Street Feast team. Having held numerous roles in the hospitality industry, including at previous Street Feast food traders Cheeky Italian, where she initially joined the food and drink team three years ago, Kim joins in prime position to deliver across the company’s diverse client portfolio.
Working with street food traders instilled a confident, resilient and enthusiastic approach that has influenced Kim’s rise through the Street Feast Company, from working with the traders, through to venue operations and more recently co-ordinating, hosting and providing operational support to the Group Events Manager during events.
