SPO killed by terrorists in Kulgam
A Special Police Officer (SPO) was killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam on Wednesday. The SPO, identified as Fayaz Ahmad was fired upon by militants in Zazri Pora area of the district.
He was declared brought dead in hospital.
Commenting on the incident, the police said, “he was shifted to a hospital where the doctors said he was dead on arrival."
Earlier in the day, a BJP activist was shot dead by militants in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama. The heavily-armed terrorists barged into the house of BJP affiliate Shabir Ahmed Bhat and had shot him dead.
