Sony Michel and Marcus Cannon miss 12th straight practice

FOXBORO – In their final day of preparation before taking on the Carolina Panthers, the Patriots absence list didn’t change.

For the fourth day in a row, the Pats were without Sony Michel, Marcus Cannon, Harvey Langi, Ryan Izzo and Isaiah Wynn at practice. Wednesday’s session marked the 12th missed practice in a row for both Michel and Cannon. Both departed a training camp session on Aug. 1. Langi hasn’t been at a practice since Aug. 7.

FOXBORO – In their final day of preparation before taking on the Carolina Panthers, the Patriots absence list didn’t change.

For the fourth day in a row, the Pats were without Sony Michel, Marcus Cannon, Harvey Langi, Ryan Izzo and Isaiah Wynn at practice. Wednesday’s session marked the 12th missed practice in a row for both Michel and Cannon. Both departed a training camp session on Aug. 1. Langi hasn’t been at a practice since Aug. 7.

The media didn't get a chance to see practice beyond the team stretch so it's unknown who was and was not limited.

The Patriots were in shells on Wednesday. They depart for Carolina on Thursday and will take on the Panthers on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
