The Southern Railway will operate special fare special trains in the Kochuveli – Secundrabad, Kochuveli – Yesvantpur and Ernakulam – Nanded sections via Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode and Salem to clear the extra rush.
The train No.07120 Kochuveli – Secunderabad special fare special train will leave Kochuveli at 8.20 p.m. on August 27 and will reach Secunderabad at 3 p.m. on August 29.
The train will stop at Kollam, Kayankulam, Chengannur, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Ottapalam, Palakkad, Podanur, Coimbatore Jn, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Tiruttani, Renigunta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal and Kazipet, an official press release of the Salem Railway Division issued here on Tuesday said. The Railways will also operate special fare special train in the Kochuveli – Yesvantpur section.
The train no.06528 Kochuveli – Yesvantpur special will leave Kochuveli at 4.15 p.m. on August 23 and will reach Yesvantpur at 10 a.m. on the next day.
The train will halt at Kollam, Kayankulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanasseri, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Ottapalam, Palakkad, Podanur, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Omalur, Dharmapuri, Hosur and Banasawadi.
The advance reservation for these trains will open at 8 a.m. on August 22, the release said.
Another special fare special train will be operated between Ernakulam and Nanded. The train no. 07504 Ernakulam – Nanded special will leave Ernakulam at 11 p.m. on August 27 and will reach Nanded at 6.30 a.m. on August 29.
The train will halt at Aluva, Thrissur, Ottapalam, Palakkad, Coimbatore Jn, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Tiruttani, Renigunta, Kodur, Rajampeta, Nandalur, Cuddapah, Yerraguntla, Muddanoor, Tadipatri, Gooty, Dhone, Kurnool City, Gadwal, Wanaparti Road, Mahbubnagar, Jedcherla, Kacheguda, Malkajgiri, Bolarum, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Basar, Dharmabad, Mudkhed.
