Hundreds of people took to a lake in Snowdonia to have a go at the latest watersport craze.
It was almost standing room alone at Llyn Padarn, Llanberis this morning as people of all ages tried paddleboarding.
The free event, organised by The Red Paddle Co , with the help of Snowdonia Watersports, was hugely popular and fully booked.
Those taking part got the chance to find out more about the sport and paddle on the idyllic lake under expert supervision while also taking in amazing views of Snowdonia.
Stand-up paddle boarding sees a rider stand on a board and propel their way through the water with a single paddle.
The event is the third stop on The Ultimate Paddleboard Tour 2018, with sessions also taking place in Ireland, Peterborough and Cornwall.
