Sharing gone wrong: Penis cut off for taking extra share of booze in Chennai

It is the most bizarre story of sharing gone wrong between two friends in Chennai. Moorthy and Saravanan decided to share a quarter bottle of alcohol into two equal pegs on Sunday night. But when Moorthy poured in more for himself leaving Saravanan as good as high and dry, they had a brawl. Both daily workers got into an argument, fisticuffs before Saravanan felled Moorthy with a boulder and then proceeded to pull out a blade and slash Moorthy’s genitals. Police have charged Saravanan with attempt to murder while Moorthy is recuperating in hospital.
