Kerala floods: Jet Airways operating additional flights

CHENNAI: Jet Airways continues to provide additional connectivity to people affected by floods in Kerala.
The airline has capped its economy fares on all its non-stop domestic flights to/ from its operating destinations in Kerala (Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Kochi) as well as Mangalore and will continue to do so till August 31.

Jet Airways has been operating additional flights on both domestic and international sectors for the convenience of its guests.

The airline is working closely with the state administration and several NGOs to support relief and rehabilitation efforts.

Jet Airways has airlifted more than three tonnes of medicines and other relief material to Kerala and is facilitating transfer of additional supplies in conjunction with several NGOs. The airline has waived off air freight charges on all domestic cargo shipments of relief material to Kerala.

The airline has already offered a waiver for guests holding confirmed tickets and travelling into and out of Kochi till August 26.

Date/ flight change fee from the original travel date or choosing alternate destination which is close to Kochi airport, refund, no-show penalties and fare difference (if any) due to the closure of the Kochi airport have been waived off. Guest can change dates till September 15 from the original travel date.
