Kids Zee School, Bhopal organises painting competition

The school students showcased their imagery and perceptions about different social issues through their creativity over canvas. A painting competition was organized here on Sunday at Kids Zee auditorium in which students with the use of vibrant colours gave social messages.

The painting competition was organized by the Kids Zee School, Bhopal. It is to be noted that the painting competition is an annual event which was organized on the theme of Independence Day. As many as 70 students from classes I to VIII participated in the competition. The students from various schools of the city participated in the competition.

The participants actively participated in the competition and wondrously showcased their imagery power, raised social issues and much more through figurative and abstract work. 

During the competition the students showcased their patriotism. Along with painting the map of India with different colours, the participants also displayed some social issues as well. Some participants made paintings on global warming, while some raise the issue of female infanticide. Some painted the canvas with the colours of mother earth, while some gave message of child marriage.

The competition was like an extravagance for the little painters and the spectators as well, as they have used their brilliance of painting blended with the perceptions displayed on the painting sheet. Further the little artists also displayed the uniqueness and beauty of a peaceful world through the variations of colours was commendable. The first prize was the cash prize of Rs 500. Besides Rs 300 and 100 were second and third prizes.
