Punjab Unaided Colleges Association (PUCA) was held under the leadership of president,
PUCA,
Dr. Anshu Kataria to bring more excellence in the Education system of Punjab.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, president, PUCA demanded that students face lot of difficulty in semester examination system. Kataria said old yearly examination system was much effective and should be reintroduced. Kataria also demanded that University should introduce integrated campus concept wherein students should be able to study different streams like Education, Agriculture, Law, Arts, Commerce etc under one umbrella having common infrastructure, land, building etc. This concept would be effective for students as well for colleges also.
Kataria further urged
Punjabi University to extend the last date of admissions for its affiliated Colleges in various Courses without Late Fees Fine. Kataria said that sometime students cannot take admission timely due to many reasons like Late Result, Reappear etc hence University should welcome such students which would help to add revenue in the University.
