CM pays tributes to martyr Dalbir

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath paid rich tributes to martyred army jawan Dalbir Singh and announced a financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh and a government job for his kin, the government spokesman said here on Sunday.

Dalbir Singh belonged to village Musepur in Aligarh district.

Yogi said the supreme sacrifice of this brave heart for the country would always be remembered.

Extending his condolences to the bereaved family of the martyred soldier, the Chief Minister announced that the state government would provide financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the dependants of the martyr and a government job to a member of his family.

Besides, the village of the martyr would be developed as a model village.

Giving this information here, a state government spokesman said that the minister in-charge of the district would pay tributes to the martyr on behalf of the state government.

It may be pointed out here that during a gun battle with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir, Dalbir Singh laid down his life in the line of duty.
