Evoke Group unveils new identity

Rebrands to help clients better navigate the healthcare landscape

EvokeMarketing, media and communications agency focused on the health and wellness industry has revealed that it will rebrand as a singular global agency group.

Evoke, which will comprise of all of its agencies and services within the group, will aim to help clients navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape.

Evoke Health, Firsthand, Fabric, Traverse HealthStrategy, Nitrogen Health, Tonic Life Communications and AboveNation Media will come together to form the new Evoke.

Reid Connolly, chief executive and founder of Evoke, said: “Evoke Group has always been about building and evolving.

“That’s how you go from being a start up to unseating many of the largest and entrenched agencies in the world.

“Now, as one team, we deliver effectively and efficiently across all customer channels, audiences and geographies. Few agencies in the market are as well suited with the scale of resources, breadth and expertise, and geographic reach that Evoke has today.”

The combined offering will leverage collective expertise in six core areas, including professional marketing, consumer and patient marketing, market access, PR and influence, and media and consulting.

Collectively, the group has nearly 600 employees, and Evoke has reorganised its leadership team to support the new structure.

Connolly will still head the offering as chief executive and founder and its chief operating officer Heather Torak will remain in her role.

However, Nitrogen Group’s chief executive Jon Clark will become the group’s new president, Europe and Tonic Life Communications' former chief executive Maryellen Royle becomes Evoke’s new president, PR & Influence.

Steve Minichini, AboveNation Media’s former CEO will become the group’s president of Media and Eric Daly, Evoke’s former managing director takes up a new position of executive director.

Lastly, Bryan Russiano takes on the managing director role of Evoke’s consulting function.

Connolly added: “When our various specialists work closely together – like discovering a market access insight that drives breakthrough creative for a patient campaign – that’s where we find real exponential benefits for our clients.”

Meanwhile, Evoke recently announced its acquisition of San Francisco-based Giant Creative Strategy, which will also join the new Evoke brand as Evoke Giant.

That new offering will be headed by chief exec Steven Gold, with Adam Gelling as president.
