Prices of rajmah and masoor drifted lower by up to Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale pulses market today owing to slackened demand.
Traders said tepid demand from retailers against sufficient stocks position, mainly weighed on rajmah and masoor prices.
In the national capital, rajmah chitra fell by Rs 100 to Rs 6,150-8,350 per quintal.
Masoor small and bold also shed Rs 50 each at Rs 3,750-4,050 and Rs 3,800-4,100 per quintal respectively. Its dal local and best quality weakened by Rs 100 each to Rs 4,300-4,700 and Rs 4,400-4,800 per quintal respectively.
