Residents can pay their fees without any hassle. Cashier enters the amount in the system along with the customer application/file number. The system generates the dynamic QR code on the screen. Customers can simply open any UPI based application, scan the QR code and validate the UPI PIN to complete the payment.

In another step, the cashier enters the Aadhaar number of the customer and ask them to provide a fingerprint impression on the biometric reader to complete the payment. Amount gets debited from the customer's linked bank account.
