Coca-Cola India rejigs leadership structure

Beverage major Coca-today announced changes in its leadership structure with the appointment of as Operations and as Vice President - Strategy & Insights, Coca-&

The company in a statement said the new structure is designed to enable the and business to be a growth engine for The Coca-Company by capitalising on emerging opportunities while continuing to build on talent development.

"We believe there are significant opportunities that lie ahead of us to grow our portfolio and meaningfully penetrate the market. These changes will address developing business needs and pave the way to develop a stronger portfolio for the future. It also reinforces our commitment towards investing in talent development," India & South T Krishnakumar said.

Chandrasekar who joins India from Nestle, will take charge of the strategic initiatives for the company to accelerate the pace of innovation and assess opportunities to offer a much broader and deeper portfolio of beverages for consumers.

Earlier this year India said it plans to launch 10 new products in the country this year through its incubator which uses insights based on consumer feedback.
