There is only a low probability of rotational load shedding being implement during this week, Eskom said in a statement on Monday morning.
The power utility said it did not have to implement rotational load shedding over the past weekend.
Recovery teams continue to work to improve generation and operational performance to further stabilise the power system through what Eskom refers to as a 30-day recovery process.
It said good progress has been made in this regard. Coal supply is back on track and plants are maintained for additional efficiency.
Eskom customers will be updated should the system status change during the week. They are advised to plan on the assumption that load shedding will take place.
