A Year of Zoho One
Around a year ago Zoho had launched Zone One. The company recently announced Zoho One adoption numbers for its first year on the market. More than 12,000 business worldwide have become Zoho One customers. 36% of Zoho One users are from India. According to Zoho, the average Zoho One customer enables 16 applications for their business, often replacing software from different vendors, preferring instead to run their business from a single cloud platform.
AI added to all Apps
One of the major announcements was the addition of its AI, Zia, to its apps. Zoho has added Zia to all apps on Zoho One. What that will translate for users is a simple voice command which will dig into Zoho analytics across multiple apps presenting a blend of data from multiple apps. This is significant in terms of analytics, time-saving and access to data in multiple apps.
Apps in Zoho One
The company has added five new apps to Zoho One in the past year—Cliq, Zoho Sprints, Zoho PageSense, Zoho Flow and Zoho Backstage.
Local Data Centers
Another major announcement was the setting up of two data centers in Mumbai and Chennai. Almost 36% users of Zoho One online suite are from India. This development will be interesting light of Justice Srikrishna report on data protection which had recommended local storage besides safeguards on data transfer.
