Four drunk youths rough up cop, held

MOHALI: Four drunken youths were arrested for allegedly roughing up a cop and manhandling PCR police personnel on the airport road near sector 80 on Thursday night. Police had received information that Amarjeet Singh, Taranjeet Singh, Gurpreet Singh and Baljeet Singh, all residents of Mouli village in Mohali, were creating trouble for motorists. When cops told them to go home, they allegedly misbehaved with them. Police arrested them. A local court sent them in judicial remand.
