Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Man Behind Cementing The Rohtang Friendship Tunnel

Locals believe Mr Vajpayee was the man behind cementing the "tunnel of friendship" being drilled at 3,000 metres above sea level beneath the Rohtang Pass.
