CBI arrests key suspect in murder of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar

The suspect arrested by CBI on Saturday is believed to be one of the shooters who had fired at rationalist Narendra Dabholkar (67) in Pune.

The Central Bureau of Investigation arrested on Saturday a key suspect in the murder case of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar.

CBI arrested Sachin Prakasrao Andure, of Aurangabad, on Saturday. He is believed to be one of the shooters who had allegedly fired at Dabholkar (67) in Pune.

On August 20, 2013, Dabholkar, a prominent anti-superstition crusader, was allegedly gunned down by two bike-borne men during his morning walk.
