Toyota Announces Trim Levels And Pricing For The 2019MY Camry

Order guides reveal that, for the 2019MY, the Toyota Camry is in for some trim level updates and pricing revisions.

According to CarsDirect, the L, LE and SE grades of the 2.5-liter four-cylinder version carry a $200 premium compared to the 2018MY, as they will start from $24,765, $25,270 and $26,470, respectively.

For another $200, Toyota will throw in Apple CarPlay and Amazon Alexa in the L and LE trim levels, but there’s still no Android Auto available.

The 2019 Camry XLE and XSE will set buyers back $29,845 and $30,395, respectively. The $325 increase gets you standard Entune 3.0 Audio Plus and a wireless charging pad. Both of them were previously optional extras offered with the Audio Package, which costs $1,800.

Speaking of available features, the four-cylinder XLE and XSE gets the Navigation Package with the JBL premium sound system for an extra $1,760.

While pricing for the L, LE, SE, XLE and XSE has gone up with the smaller engine, the ones powered by the 3.5-liter V6 cost $500 less. For example, the 2019 Camry XLE will have an MSRP of $34,970, while the 2019 XSE will start at $35,520.

Both of them can be specced with the Driver Assist Package, which adds the Intelligent Clearance Sonar with Rear Cross-Traffic Braking, a feature that used to be standard. The Driver Assist Package costs $1,500 with the V6, and it can be purchased with the four-cylinder engine, too, for $2,175.

As for the 2019 Camry Hybrid, this will be $200 more expensive in the LE and SE grades, and $325 in the XLE flavor, thus ranging between $29,070 and $33,645.

All versions of the Camry get the Toyota Safety Sense P suite of driving assistance systems as standard.
