Sir — It is not surprising that stung with the rumour that he is not going to be taken back into the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) again, MK Alagiri launched a diatribe against his brother MK Stalin. That Alagiri was expelled by Karunanidhi, the patriarch of the DMK in 2014, and was never admitted back till he breathed his last despite various moves made by Alagiri, makes Karunanidhi’s mindset very clear.

Stalin must ignore his brother and go ahead to strengthen the party, following the footsteps of his illustrious father. Party men as well as the public are well aware of what will happen to the party if Alagiri comes back again.

Family feud
