Little champ Taimur Ali Khan isn’t an internet sensation for nothing. He may have celebrity parents, particularly his mother Kareena Kapoor Khan, who hogs limelight wherever she goes, our man Taimur is also acquiring a reputation of being a bonafide star in his own right.

After getting into the Independence Day spirit, with not just waving the tricolour but also wearing a T-shirt with the orange, white and green combination, Taimur is again spreading his charm, this time by imitating his daddy dear, actor Saif Ali Khan.

In a video, which is available online, Taimur can be seen in his father’s arms. Wearing an all white combo, Taimur is in a casual mode while daddy is more comfortable in his chilling-at-home attire. Saif walks over to the other side of the road and waves at the crowd and cameramen. Soon enough, we see our little champ doing the same! He too raises his hand and waves.

The bit about Taimur is not simply that he is a cute child, he is also a rather perspective one. Recalling the pictures and videos from earlier this year when he was spotted eagerly responding to the camera. His mummy later clarified that he responds to his name being called, often by cameramen. How often have we noticed him looking intently at the camera, as if he was in silent communication with us.

The adorable little child’s photos and videos get as much traction as his mother’s. While, the latter could be explained to a star-fixated Indian audience, Taimur’s is clearly about the joy of celebrating the age of innocence. His play dates with other star babies, pictures from his family’s vacations abroad or simply his many spottings around Mumbai are a joy to behold.

However, over exposure could have its perils as well. In a recent video from his playschool, where he was with his now-famous nanny, a random person tried to take a selfie. It is not known what is the reason, but there were reports that he too might be given security.

Meanwhile, his recent pictures of playing badminton had all of us smiling. Work-wise, his parents remain busy--mummy will next begin work on the high-profile Karan Johar directorial, Takht and Akshay Kumar starrer, Good News. Meanwhile, Saif is still basking in the success of Anurag Kashyap’s Sacred Games.
