The patriotic fever took many of our favourite stars in its grip. However, it was the star kids, celebrating the day, with their parents, that caught everyone’s eye. If you smiled watching little Taimur Ali Khan wave the tricolour on Wednesday, get ready for some more cute pictures of other babies.

Ace filmmaker Karan Johar too had a fun time posting a picture from his roof top on Wednesday. Sharing a picture, he wrote: “I love my country! And this is my world!!!!”

The picture has Karan carrying his two babies, Roohi and Yash, in his arms with his mother Hiroo standing next to him. His kids are dressed in white and blue outfits while mother Hiroo is in a blue kaftan/maxi. The tricolour flutters behind them.

John Abraham’s parents were out to celebrate Independence Day too, seen with two cute boys. In a video shared online, they can be seen with the boys outside what looks like a cinema hall. The two kids can be seen wearing T-shirts in the tricolour combination. It is not clear who these two kids are but going by the caption with video, it seems they are the sons of John’s brother, Alan Abraham.

The text with the video read: “#johnabraham parents today with son #alanabraham two adorable kids. John is half Christian and half parsi, he speaks gujarati and even malyali. Alan is married to a Romanian. A potpourri of cultures and languages #happyindependenceday @viralbhayani.”

In another picture online, MS Dhoni’s baby girl, Ziva, can be seen waving the tricolour. Dressed in a white T-shirt and leggings (with her hair tied in a pony tail), Ziva is in a sombre mood. The post read: “#zivadhoni #happyindepenceday @viralbhayani”
