SC to hear Aircel plea seeking Rs 453-cr dues from Airtel tomorrow

The Supreme Court will hear Aircel plea seeking Rs 453-crore dues from Bharti Airtel on Friday. The bankrupt telco moved the apex court last week alleging Airtel was "illegally and unjustifiably withholding and enjoying" the amount while some 3,000 employees of the Maxis-owned telco had gone unpaid for four months.
