To celebrate World Photography Day, the Chennai Metro Rail and the Photographic Society of Madras will showcase the moments behind making and running of Chennai Metro in a photography exhibition at the Vadapalani Metro Rail station. About 38 members from the Photographic Society of Madras (PSM), who captured various locations of Chennai Metro Rail and its staff on the job, including its stations, construction sites, trains and the aerial view of trains zipping through the city, will display their works at the expo. The winning photographs of ‘Shoot Madras,’ a contest conducted by PSM, will also be displayed at the station. This exhibition will be held from August 19 to 25 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
