Indore: Department of Higher Education (DHE) on Friday released final merit list of students seeking admissions in BEd colleges. The merit list consists of 59051 students against 30252 seats lying vacant in BEd colleges across the state.
“BEd admission process was of three rounds. The first two rounds of online counselling filled as many as 23048 out of total 53300 seats in 603 colleges in the state. Remaining 30252 seats will be filled through the third counselling, which is also the final round of admission process,” said Indore division additional director (higher education) Prof KN Chaturvedi.
The allotment letters will be issued on August 17 and students will be allowed to report to colleges and submit fee till August 21. There are a total of 32 colleges in Indore. So far, 53 per cents seats are filled in the city. The remaining are likely to be filled in the final round.
