At least 24 people were killed and 19 injured in a bus crash on a highway near Quito, Ecuador.

Aftermath footage, captured today (August 14) shows ambulances and first responders surrounding the remains of the wrecked bus on the pavement.

According to reports, the bus was travelling to Quito city when it crashed into another vehicle at high-speed and overturned.
