New Delhi, In an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the falling value of the Indian rupee vis a vis the US dollar, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said the falling Indian rupee amounted to a vote of confidence against Mr Modi.
In a post on social media, Rahul said,’’the Indian Rupee just gave the Supreme Leader, a vote of NO confidence, crashing to a historic low. Listen to the Supreme Leader’s master class on economics in this video, where he explains why the Rupee is tanking.’’
Rahul also posted on his twitter handle a video of Mr Modi attacking the previous UPA Government during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections on the falling value of the rupee visa vis the US dollar.
