In A1 category, Tirupati station has bagged the third rank in the top-10, Vijayawada is at fourth place and Secunderabad has secured sixth spot while Hyderabad stands at eighth position. Kacheguda station is ranked 14th. In the A category, Warangal is ranked at No.3, Nizamabad at sixth and Mancherial at eighth positions.

Parameters adopted for conducting the survey were cleanliness in parking, main entry area, main platform, waiting room and passenger feedback, a press note said.
