Warnings
Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the western parts of the North West.
Rain
Isolated light showers are expected in the extreme south of the Free State, while drizzle patches are expected to move into the Overberg in the Western Cape.
Light isolated showers in the north east and light rain for the south of the escarpment of the eastern half of the Eastern Cape are expected.
Isolated showers and rain are expected along the south coast and extreme southern adjacent interior of KwaZulu-Natal.
Temperatures
Minimum temperatures are expected to be cool to cold across most of the country, while the central Northern Cape is expected to be very cold.
The coldest place is expected to be Sutherland in the Northern Cape, dropping to a below-freezing -2°C.
Maximum temperatures are expected to remain cool to cold across the southern and western parts of the country.
The northern and upper central parts of the country are expected to experience warm conditions. Hot weather conditions are expected for the eastern parts of Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
The warmest place is expected to be Skukuza in Mpumalanga, reaching a high of 35°C.

Pretoria is expected to reach a high of 28°C, while Johannesburg is expected to reach a maximum of 26°C. Bloemfontein is expected to reach a high of 24°C.
Along the coast, Cape Town is expected to reach a high of 16°C, while Port Elizabeth is expected to reach a maximum of 17°C and Durban is expected to reach a high of 22°C.
