Pvt company owner held for molesting minor trainee

The Delhi police arrested a private company owner for molesting a woman during her training tenure in his company on Sunday. The accused was arrested under the POCSO act since the woman was a minor at the time of the incident.

 “On Saturday, a girl living in Rose-Udaan children home for girls in Kamla Nagar of Salam Balak Trust NGO alleged that a 35 year-old, Dinesh Kumar, owner of Speagle Corporation in Nairana area, used to talk dirty and touched her  back in May, adding that, “The victim was minor when she was allegedly molested. The girl had joined the company as a trainee on 1 May and left the job on 30 June,” said Vijay Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP), West district. 

“We have arrested Dinesh from his residence in west Delhi on Sunday. We are questioning other girls to ascertain whether Dinesh indulged in similar behavior with them also or not,” said DCP.
