Jharkhand’s CM connects with kanwariyas


Jharkhand, Chief Minister, Raghubar Das talked with kanwariyas through video conferencing from Sidgoda, Jamshedpur. Kanwariyas coming from Mahu, Gorakhpur, Gaziabad, Bihar, Bhagalpur, Maharashtra and others shared their experience with the Chief Minister.

Pilgrims seemed satisfied with the arrangements made in Sharavni Mela. They expressed gratitude and suggested some improvements. The chief minister said that in the coming year even better arrangement will be made. The Chief Minister welcomed pilgrims coming from across the globe on the occasion of third Somvari (Monday) of Sharavana.

He said that government and administration is working with devotion to make Sharavani mela the best. The chief Minister also shared his experience and said that before becoming MLA, I have offered Jalabhishek to Lord Shiva 7 times, all the way walking from Sultanganj and I continued this bywalking from Baridih Chhath Ghat, Jamshedpur. Number of women kanwariyas has also increased this year.
