Inter DPS dance competition ‘Nritayanjali’ held

Under the aegis of Delhi Public School Society, New Delhi, Delhi Public School, Dehradun (Zone-3) hosted the Inter DPS Dance Competition Nritayanjali on Saturday. Twenty two teams participated. Present on the occasion were Vatsala Singh, director, M P Singh Foundation, B K Singh, principal, Delhi Public School, Dehradun, and Shubhra Pande Tiwari, the vice-principal. The chief guest for the day was Anu Sinha, an acclaimed Kathak exponent. She stated that dance is the most fundamental of all art forms and such competitions help children to achieve confidence and remove stage fear. The principal B K Singh appreciated the efforts of the students for putting in such a splendid performance.
