Indore : A youth was nabbed by we care for you cell of city police for harassing his Instagram friend. He threatened her to make her photos viral on Saturday. The accused was handed over to Aerodrome police station staff for further action.
The victim, a local resident, lodged complaint that she is employed in a city hotel. Accused Ashish Karode became her friend through Instagram five months back. They later started talking over phone.
She stated in her complaint that Ashish used to bother her over petty issues so she stopped talking with him after which he threatened to make her photos viral. He stalked her on her way to office.
After receiving complaint, we care for you cell police arrested Ashish from his residence in Scheme Number 140. He told the police that victim had stopped talking with him and went to Pune for studies. He came to know that girl returned to Indore after which he reached her office for meeting.
