NRDA to allot land for star category Hotel development

The Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) has commenced the process for allotting land for development of a Star category Hotel in Sector -24 of the new capital city, officials informed.

NRDA is also carrying out allotment of land for development of Lodge and Budget Hotel at Sector 36.

It is also all set to open business opportunities for buyers of retail space at its Retail Tower in the Central Business District in the new capital city, official informed.

It had been inviting buyers for purchase of carpet area for Multiplex, Food Court and Entertainment Zone, Bar cum Restaurant and Open Terrace Restaurant in Central Business District Retail Tower in the new capital city. NRDA has already opened booking for Built-up space for a host of newly developed facilities to provide a head start to commercial activities in the new capital region.

The built-up space will be sold for at Retail Complex (CBD), Naya Raipur for Multiplex, Restaurant cum Bar and Food Court & Entertainment Zone in the new capital city, officials informed.

Notably, Naya Raipur being first planned city of 21st century already has state-of-the-art infrastructure at its disposal. The city has well planned economic and social infrastructure, officials informed.
