At DLF Cyber City; to meet requirement of serviced offices

Apeejay Business Centre (ABC), the plug and play, and co-working spaces brand from Apeejay Real Estate, opened in DLF Cyber City here on Friday.

Located on the 14th floor of DLF Cyber City amid IT and Fortune 500 giants, accessible through National Highway-48, the ABC Gurugram offers a one-stop solution to the requirement of ‘serviced offices’ for every kind of business, for whom minimum rentals, low maintenance and administrative costs cumulatively lead to low working capital deployed on maintaining office network.

ABC director Shouvik Mandal said: “With a capacity of about 330 seats across 20,000 square feet, ABC, Gurugram, is an end-to-end workspace solution. In the last 60 days we have doubled capacity in Hyderabad and Kolkata in pursuit of our growth strategy. Opening of ABC, Gurugram, marks our focus on Delhi-NCR.”

Scheme for women

Apeejay Surrendra Group director Priti Paul announced a special scheme for women entrepreneurs on the occasion. The ‘ABC for Women at Work’ scheme creates conditions that enable life-work balance for women entrepreneurs so that they advance with full support.

All ABCs will offer a 15-day rent-free private space to all women entrepreneurs. Women professionals will have free access to ABC lounges anywhere in the country to meet and network, and the company announced an additional 20% discount on meeting/conference room bookings and all allied services for women.

Organisations had come on board for the scheme for an extensive programme of networking, yoga, wellness, self-defence workshops, etc., at discounted rates, said Ms. Paul.
